The makers of Nayanthara and Kavin’s upcoming romantic entertainer Hi dropped the fourth single titled ‘Kudikara Nenju‘ on Monday. Earlier, ‘Kannakuzhiya,’ ‘Pachapulla,’ and ‘Rasagulla‘ were released. The film is set to hit theatres on August 28.
Composed by Jen Martin, ‘Kudikara Nenju‘ is penned by the film’s director Vishnu Edavan and sung by actor Dhruv Vikram.
It is written and directed by Vishnu Edavan, with additional screenplay and dialogues by CU Muthuselvan. The film marks the first collaboration between Kavin and Nayanthara. The makers are yet to reveal plot specifics, but it is described as a “fun-filled” romantic-comedy. Nayanthara plays a character who is named after herself in the film, and Kavin stars as her romantic interest.
Besides Kavin and Nayanthara, the film stars late filmmaker Bhagyaraj, veteran actors Prabhu and Radikaa Sarathkumar in pivotal roles. The star cast is rounded out by Vtv Ganesh, Sathyan, Amrudha Srinivasan, Aadhithya Kadhir, Kureshi, Fepsi Vijayan, Renji Panicker, Kaviya Arivumani, and Mirchy Kemy.
Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara’s Rowdy Pictures and SS Lalit Kumar’s Seven Screen Studio are producing Hi. In addition to Jen Martin, cinematographer Rajesh Shukla, editor Philomin Raj, and art directors Kannan S and Sekar B.
